For that reason, it is also used by many Pests control services.  but that doesn’t mean it is any less effective. This insecticide is easy one of the most effective as well as fast-acting one. Plus, it is also quite effective even loses the dose.

As such, most of the flying pests will drop dead at exposure. However, this doesn’t mean that they are dead. But the job is done. This is also the reason why most sellers mix the same with other lethal chemicals to kill the pests.

4. BT

The term BT stands for Bacillus thuringiensis. This pest is a naturally occurring bacteria that is may be used by certain pest control companies to get rid of pests in gardens and farms. When the pests digest them, they get sick. And this is how this one works.

Moreover, it is applied with a sprayer. It is mostly used over leafy vegetables that are infested by caterpillars. Once these small insects eat that stuff, they will die slowly inside. Due to its low toxicity level, it is considered to be extremely safe for use in the majority of environments.

This oil is extracted from the neem tree which is also the reason behind its name. and it is known to inhibit the growth cycle of insects. Let’s see how this works:

Once the pests come in contact with neem oil, many things take place. The insects start eating less, grow slower and molt lesser. This is mainly due to one of the leading ingredients of neem oil, azadirachtin.

Neem oil is recommended for those who are suffering from a mold infestation. using the same, will halt the growth of pests and stop infestation at an early stage. This is a good option for those who don’t yet have major pest infestations and want to get a head start on reducing the number of potential pests.
